Listing is for a repair service for your amp. This includes replacement of all capacitors, testing and shipping back to you. Turn around time is usually 24 hrs after receiving amp.
We test your received amplifier to verify the fault and test again after repairs are done to verify it is fully functional and issue has been resolved.
Beware when buying amps used. Most will suffer with similar defects or fail within short period of time.
-Symptoms caused by faulty amplifier:
Low or no volume, buzzing, static noise through speakers, engine rpm over speakers, subwoofer not working or low bass, bad overall sound quality ect...
-Why is this happening?
Acura used cheap branded capacitors in these amps and they are well known for failing. Repairs are done using high quality NICHICON CAPACITORS and all caps are replaced.
Repaired quite a few of these units and provide a warranty to back up our work. Also have radio and navigation replacement units available.
