    We sell a lot of brand new and used products which are marked in description. Specifications of the items are taken from the manufacturer’s website. It is the liability of the buyers to confirm compatibility of the product before purchasing.
    Payment
    If you have completed payment and can't see a tracking number by the end of the next business day (Monday – Friday), please contact us and we can give you more information about your order. If payment or shipping information is incomplete or invalid, your shipment will be delayed.
    Shipping
    Nearly all of our items for sale come with free shipping. Shipments are prepared and shipped usually within one business day upon payment clearance. The delivery time will vary depending on your location. An incomplete, or invalid address may delay your order!
    Refund & Return Policy
    Starting from the day you received the item (check by tracking number) you have 30 days to return it. Make sure item you are going to return is in the original packaging material and original box
    We do our best to ensure all items are in great condition. If the item you purchase from our store is not as expected, simply return it to us for a replacement or a refund.
    We place our special marks on the item.  Mark identifier has to be there when we receive the returned item.
    There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all items returned other than items that are defective and “they will be checked by us on return”
    Refunds will be given to defective, incorrectly described or broken items. Refunds will also be given to items that arrive physically damaged by shipping. We will require pictures of damaged item and the shipping box prior to initiating a return.
    The buyer pays the shipping on returns.
    INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
    Items can be returned for refund only, no exchanges or replacements. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
    Note: To generate a return, go to the order details page in your eBay account for the item. Once at the order details page, click “RETURN ITEM”; the system will prompt you with a few questions and then give you a label and a packing slip. Please ensure you include the packing slip generated during this process in the box with your return. Returned orders WILL NOT be processed without a valid RMA Number.
