DIAMOND EMBEDDED SILVER CIGARETTE CASE WITH MATCHING MATCH CASE IN ORIGINAL BOX

Description

FANTASTIC DIAMOND EMBEDDED STERLING SILVER CIGARETTE CASE AND MATCHING MATCH HOLDER IN ORIGINAL BOX.  Gold wash inside.  The cigarette case has a small diamond embedded in the cover in the area of the monogram.  The match safe has a small eyelet attached probably to hang on a chatelaine holder.  Neither case appears to have wear and have  probably been used very little.   The box is in good vintage condition.  The lid is hinged in silk fabric and is loose on the left side; however very rare that the box remains and the two pieces are still together.  Each piece is signed inside: Elgin AM Mfg Co, Sterling Silver, Made in USA.  Total weigh is  118 grams.  Cigarette case is 3 5/8 X 2 7/8 X 3/8 and the match safe is 2 3/8 X 1 5/8 X 3/8.  Box is 6 5/8 X 3 7/8 X 1.  Circa:  Early 20th Century.  Shipped with insured USPS Mail.
