Sandwich Glass Open Salt Cellar 1830 Antique Sofa Eagle Lacy Glass Flint RARE

Offering this very rare open salt cellar, known as the Clear Sofa Eagle Salt [ Neal ] 1830 - 1840 and listed as rare - extremely rare.
In the photos I have included  scan of the page of the book from which it was identified:
"The Open Salt Compendium" by Sandra Jzyk & Nina Robertson, Schiffer Book, 2002.
This piece was purchased at auction on a tray of open salts. It shows straw marks as would be expected for any piece of this age, and has rough edges - as would be expected. No chips cracks or flakes other than what is noted above. I am sure any collector would be thrilled to own this rare and hard to find piece!
The salt measures approx 3 5/8" long   X  2 1/2" wide  X  2 1/4" high.  Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.
